By accessing or using the CreditWise (CredWisdom) platform and our interactive banking tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Calculators & Analytical Tools
The interactive calculators (such as the Capital Adequacy Calculator, CMA Data Generator, and Forensic Scorecard) are provided for educational and analytical reference purposes only. While we strive to align all logic with current regulatory standards (e.g. RBI Basel III), calculations should not be treated as sole formal credit decisions. Users must verify outputs independently against official policy circulars.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, user interfaces, branding assets, database architectures, and algorithms displayed on CreditWise are the exclusive property of CreditWise. Unauthorized reproduction, scrapping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
CreditWise and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, or from decisions made based on calculated outputs.
5. User Accounts & Saved Cases
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their profile login credentials and managing saved calculations or cases. We reserve the right to delete inactive or non-compliant accounts.
